Family Owned and Operated

In 2022, after landing Grant Cardone as a client, Scott met Bill Faeth and together, they teamed up to build MarketMySTR, the industry's leading all-in-one marketing software built specifically for short term rental owners and Co Hosts.

In September 2024, Scott met Jeremy at one of Bill's STR conferences and learned that Jeremy had a successful background in real estate development and, in 2020, had purchased the first of 4 short rental properties.

In addition to owning short term rentals in The Poconos, Jeremy had started his own Co Hosting business.

Scott shared his interest in Co Hosting and his desire to partner with an existing Co Host that would combine operational excellence with his STR marketing experience. After several strategic discussions about the US STR industry, they launched Ultvare in December 2024. The "word" Ultvare, is made up of the first couple of letters of 3 words: Ultimate, Vacation, and Rental.

Our mission is to Co Host the very best group of ultimate/luxury vacation rentals in a few strategic markets. Our priority is to serve our team so they serve our guests and property owners exceptionally well.

Meet the Leadership

Scott Hill

Partner

After playing college football and graduating from Columbia University in the early 90's, Scott has gone on to found/co-found 3 profitable internet based companies. He credits any success and blessings to his lord and savior Jesus Christ. He was born in Missouri and, by way of Williamsville NY, currently lives south of Nashville, TN with his wife and youngest 2 of 5 children. He enjoys spending time with family, volunteering at Men of Valor, and prefers to vacation along 30a, the Wasatch mountains, The Poconos, and New York City.

Jeremy Levine

Partner

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin in mid 2000's, Jeremy has gone on to become a successful real estate development project manager in New York City. In addition, he has obtained a Master of Real Estate Finance from New York University, owns several short term rental properties, and has successfully Co Hosted client properties. He lives in Fairfield, Connecticut with his wife and daughter. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He considers himself an avid learner and is committed maintaining his status as one of the Best US Co Hosts.
